My interest in art started when I was very young; both of my parents were talented artists. My mother was a paper sculpture and my father was a ceramicist and oil painter. As soon as I was old enough to hold a crayon, I began drawing.

My formal training in art began when I received scholarships from Art Center and Chouinard Art Institute in Los Angeles, California. I went on to become a marketing director and creative consultant. Now, I am retired and graduated Los Angeles Valley College with (3) Associate Degree's, one in Two-Dimensional Studio Design, and another in Graphic Design, and the third in Art Studio for Transfer, along with a Certificate of Achievement in Graphic Design!

I am now attending CSUN for a Bachelors Degree in Art and a Minor in Children's Art Education.

I continue enjoying my passion for art through painting, crafting and woodworking, utilizing my life experiences, imagination, knowledge and training to create various works of art.

Painting with an impressionistic style, I use acrylics on canvas unless otherwise noted in the subject matter ranging from architectural, floral, scenic landscapes to portraits and pets.
